Four play modes are provided: single-player, Versus, Tag Team, and Team play. Some stages will see players accosted by a sea serpent, while others will force them to contend with tornadoes and avalanches. Each plays host to a unique interactive element. The themed environments cover a variety of locales, from a cruise ship to a scrap yard and even an old Western town. Additional power-ups, such as shields and health, can be acquired, to protect the character and replenish vitality, respectively. But, most of the characters must be unlocked before they can be played. The game stars classic cartoon characters Tom and Jerry along with additional playable characters. It's a sequel to Tom and Jerry in Fists of Furry.
